Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible. We are unable to refund lost or stolen packages.
All pieces are made by hand. Please read our current production lead times, which are displayed on store pages, and allow 1-2 business days for shipping. Products may appear differently from images shown online.
All UK orders will be sent via Royal mail Special delivery.
All International shipments will be sent via DHL standard or express delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer refunds. We will accept exchanges on non-bespoke items.

We will accept repairs on most manufacturing defects items. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, with a picture and description of the fault.
Please return the faulty item within 65 days of purchase.
Please note* faults will not include oxidisation, broken or cracked pearls, or chips to stones.
